With fitness and personal training experience, an extremely effective and results-driven Squash-Specific Class with 5 phases has been created, focussing on all the necessary muscle groups and Squash movements needed for the game. This is a weekly class.
Following a warm-up, participants will be taken through short circuit-station style squash specific exercises, then quickly into a leg-only workout based on plyometric jumps and strength, moving into team sprints on court, and finally a well-deserved coo! down and stretch!
With up to 8 people on the court at the same time, you will experience group motivation and the ability to be pushed out of the ‘comfort zone’ maximising your fitness levels!
